Regarding core exhibits, ENEROC focused on showcasing several power battery systems based on lithium iron phosphate battery cells. Among them, the forklift lithium battery uses high-quality battery cells, features a cycle life exceeding 3500 cycles, supports 2-hour fast charging, includes a built-in fire suppression system, and is equipped with a 4G remote management module, truly delivering a maintenance-free, high safety, and long life operational experience. The golf cart battery highlights lightweight and intelligent features, supports dual Bluetooth and 4G connectivity, enables real-time battery status monitoring, has a long design life, and significantly reduces overall operating costs compared to traditional lead-acid batteries. The aerial work platform battery is one of the highlights of this exhibition, utilizing CATL battery cells with a defect rate below one in a billion, a thermal runaway temperature up to 800℃, supporting wide temperature operation from -30℃ to 65℃, a cycle life exceeding 4000 cycles (@80% SOH), and providing up to 8 years of warranty, fully meeting the usage requirements under harsh conditions.
In addition, ENEROC also prominently showcased the 4G remote module and Battery Management System (BMS). Combined with the 4G remote module, users can monitor key battery parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, SOC, and SOH in real time through a cloud platform or mobile application, supporting OTA remote upgrades, GPS positioning, fault warnings, and remote diagnostics. Combined with passive balancing technology and multiple protection mechanisms, the BMS ensures the battery operates safely and stably throughout its entire lifecycle.
