The BMS can collect real-time key parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature of each battery cell, and perform dynamic balancing adjustments to prevent overcharge, over-discharge, or localized overheating. Simultaneously, the system supports precise estimation of SOC and SOH, providing users with intuitive references for remaining capacity and health status, enabling informed work planning.

On this basis, the ENEROC Lithium Battery can be optionally equipped with a 4G module to access the cloud platform, realizing remote data exchange. Via PC client, Android app, or WeChat mini program, users can check the real-time status of the battery pack, including voltage, current, SOC, and device ID information. The platform features a big data dashboard, capable of presenting SOC daily variation curves, voltage fluctuation trend charts, and more. This data helps technicians assess battery usage patterns and anticipate potential anomalies.

In after-sales maintenance scenarios, the GPS positioning function of the 4G module enables rapid localization of faulty equipment. Together with the offline data automatically recorded by the System, the after-sales team can perform remote or on-site diagnostics, thereby shortening the fault resolution cycle. In addition, the OTA remote upgrade feature enables the battery management software and firmware to be updated without a physical connection, which simplifies the maintenance process and reduces on-site operational costs.

For example, on scissor lift platforms, ENEROC provides various capacity configurations within the 24 V voltage platform, allowing flexible choices based on equipment power needs and operating duration. Articulating boom platforms typically use 48V or 80V systems, capable of handling the high current loads generated by boom lifting and slewing mechanisms. Telescopic boom platforms have higher energy demands, providing 80V and 360V high-voltage systems suitable for long-duration, high-intensity continuous construction operations.
